DC motor slows down when approaching the limit position. This avoids a jerking motion when starting and stopping the curtains. Just pull the curtain lightly, and it will run automatically and stop until fully opened or closed. Curtain can be manually opened and closed when power is off.  This motor has a intelligent electronic limit memory function, no need to set the limit position by hand, it greatly shortens the debugging time. this function can automatically delete the limit difference of each day and keep the precise limit position for a long time.

  • Tracks will be made up as one track to 6.7meters. Joiners are used for longer lengths, with the join in the center.
  • Bent rails will be supplied in one piece.
  • Left and right stacking tracks will be supplied with an overlap arm.
  • Center opening tracks will be supplied with two overlap arms. This ensures
    • secure overlap and no curtain interference.
  • Wave runners - we only use the 8cm Rufflette square wave runner on motorised tracks. This will give a better finish at the end of the rail.
  • Standard curtain tracks will be supplied with heavy duty wheeled runners - 12 per meter.
  • Brackets and runners will be supplied as per chart. This is just a guide and should you require more please request. We have many different frames to cover most applications.

 If the motor with dry contact interface , user can use the three buttons/two buttons or inching control function to operate. This motor is with two intermediate stops position which can be set easily to user’s needs. With 24VDC low voltage output, operation is safe for installers and users. The motor has a built-in radio receiver, which is compatible with all Raex transmitters. Motors can be controlled separately or in a group system. Compatible with various control systems, such as smart home control system and RS485 central control system.  This system is a high quality product using silent track and high strength texitle belt system. It has 20 years’ lifetime if operated 2 times per day. Sound insulation is adopted to reduce noise, which is less than 35db.

MOTORIZED TRACK - Cut to Measure
 
  • All sizes should be finished track sizes. Should the finished size be a ‘tight fit’ it would be better to shorten the track by 2cm to enable the curtain to fold around the motor and the drive pulley.
  • State which motor you require. MD 920 - 50kg or MD 930 - 80 kg.
  • State the side you want the curtain to stack on.
  • Can be left, right or center opening.
  • State if brackets are ceiling fix, single wall fix or double wall fix.
  • If bends required we need a detailed diagram.
  • State which side you require the motor.
  • Cut to measure is supplied complete. Includes rail, motor, AC wire, master carriers, drive units, runners, belts, ceiling fix swivel bracket, and is assembled ready for motor attachment.
  • Should you require other brackets, please specify.
  • Choose between the one channel and six channel remote.
